Jonathan Rudd J.D.

Jonathan Rudd, a founding officer of the Rudd Firm P.C., received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the prestigious Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University '04.

After BYU, Mr. Rudd received his Law degree as an early graduate from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA ’06 focusing on real estate law, business law, and entertainment law.

Before entering the legal industry, Mr. Rudd was involved in venture capital and entertainment, mainly in the investor relations and funding realm. Mr. Rudd currently chairs the firm's Real Estate and Corporate Law divisions. Mr. Rudd sits on the board of the firm's litigation panel and regularly represents clients in complex real estate, corporate law, shareholder dispute, and marketing cases. In observing and handling title law issues for the firm, Mr. Rudd decided to become a licensed title agent to represent and close client's residential and commercial real estate transactions, therefore alleviating many of the mistakes and chain of title issues prevalent in transactions handled by title agencies in the state of Utah. Mr. Rudd also sits on the Board of Members of a real estate investment firm in the state of Utah.  Some of Mr. Rudd’s clients include marketing and software companies, real estate investment and development companies, and entertainment clients (including full-length motion picture studios, online social networking companies that provide services for major sponsors, producers, and so forth.)
